• HOMEWORK #4 It was discovered on Apr 14 that one of the problems on HW#4 was accidentally graded incorrectly. We apologize for the inconvenience. The posted solutions now contain the correct solution to Q3 (ie. the dimensional analysis), and the full solution to the problem (ie. not what students were asked to solve) is now provided just as an appendix, in the online HW#4 solution set . Students can come by during office hours to pick up their correctly graded homeworks.

• Here are some (slightly updated) pointers regarding the final exam .
• Homework average scores that look low by comparison to the Prof's expectations will be scaled up. So don't stress if the marker seems a little tight with giving out marks. He's doing that to everyone... and I'll compensate when warranted. Quibbles with homework grading should be taken to the grader first; if a resolution cannot be reached then bring the matter to the Prof.
• Remaining uncollected midterms can be obtained from the Geoff.
